my need for this was a little different...i just had shoulder surgery and part of the rehab is i cant lift my arm above my head yet, i cant reach, etc. to make a long story short i cant put on a regular shirt and i cant put on a bra by myself, and since i have nobody to help me, i went searching for tube tops.

i am size 36b, and size medium was perfect. i can easily step into it and pull it up around my body with my good arm, and then it holds in place well and snug for things like physical therapy. it is not too tight on me, but like any tube top my skin does puff up around the top a little bit, but thats normal for any tube top. i even slept with it on last night and it stayed in place.

i can understand the previous reviewers complaints because they had a big bust size, but for me so far i have been so happy for this. i think that once my arm is healed and im done with physical therapy, i will probably still wear these for the support they give me!
