I would like to warn others about the defects with this bag. The most annoying problem I have had is with the zippers. Just like other reviewers of this product, I experienced problems with the zipper pulls getting stuck and / or coming completely off. I have had to force them back into place and sew the ends so that I could use the pockets again, but they continue to get off track so that I either can't close the zippers or can't unzip them. I have thought about sewing velcro closures in place of the zippers, but I'm not sure that this would even work with the mesh pockets, and besides, the bag should have been made well enough that I shouldn't have even had to consider this in the first place. I also am nervous about items falling out of two of the compartments that are open and do not have zippers at all. The outer flap with the snap allows gaps on the side that are big enough that smaller items could slip out. Although the bag looks nice, I'm sure that there must be products that look just as nice, but are of much better quality. Spare yourself the aggravation and find a different bag.Customer Review: great concept but poor quality bag

I am a right-handed person, and I do carry this purse over my right shoulder. There are two problems with it, however:
1) the first day the zipper pull came off the zipper which is on the very front of the bag. I have put it back on several times, but it continues to come off.
2) one of the zippers which runs along the outside of the bag came completely off the track, so I cannot close the bag properly. I continue to carry it, but it's not as secure as I would like it to be. I have to be sure to put my keys and wallet inside one of the mesh pockets which have zippers which are STILL working.
I am very disappointed in this product. The price was good, but a company with the reputation of Buxton should never have attempted to put out such a poorly made product with their name on it. I would easily have paid $29.99 for the same bag, if it were made properly. I really want this bag in brown, but I'm not ready to throw good money after bad.
