I honestly would wear these 24/7 if I could get away with it. After my c-section they were incredibly comfortable, and I am even wearing them now through my 2nd pregnancy. The fabric is amazingly soft and stretchy, the nursing top is easy to use, and they look great even if you have a bit of extra "baby weight" to shed still!Customer Review: love thes pj's and have a gown too

i love these pajamas,, i also have a gown (which i reviewed also) I LOVE that i dont have to wear a bra. ahhhhh.. relief! My breasts dont sag like other tops I have tried. thank you also for the great customer service. My mom got me the shirt/pants set and the pink gown (and it was baby pink) when I was pregnant. I was huge so I couldn't wear them while pregnant but after the baby was born OH WOW. I'm still nursing 8 months later and I so wish there was a winter version b/c I'm sick of wearing a bra to bed! My baby didn't sleep through the night until a little over 4 months old so we were nursing in the night for a long time in these. The gown was a bit tight on my not-great-post-baby figure and I was constantly pulling at it to try to get it to stretch and not cling to the wrong lumps (come on, you know you've done it too, lol) but the tank/pants set was perfect. I know it's a pricey pair of pajamas, but I wore mine probably 4 nights a week for my baby's first 4 or 5 months. They look faded and well-loved now :-) but are still in plenty good enough shape to wear if I have another baby. So comfortable and flattering while you're working on the baby weight.
The reason I give 4 stars out of 5 is the fitting issue a couple of other people mentioned--you kinda do have to have the right size breasts for the tank. One did occasionally slip out if I lay sideways, but I don't know how they could have made it differently without making it too tight for comfort. It almost always held nursing pads just fine. I can only remember 2 times my breasts leaked on them, and if you've nursed much, you know that's a pretty good record. I normally wear a 36B, while breastfeeding I started at a 40D-DD and decreased to a 36/38C-D and the size large is very, very comfortable on me. If you have the money, though, this is all around a great product.

I have two of Aimee's nightgowns, and really like how they fit on top w/out needing a bra AND without looking too bad (even with DD-DDD nursing cups!)
That said, the top in this set is fine; It's not super roomy around the middle (still pretty snug) so I wouldn't wear it at the very beginning in front of others (while still slimming down ;)) but it's comfy and good enough.
The pants, however, are exactly as shown in the picture - around top of foot/ankle length. Personal preference I would rather have full out capris or nice long comfy pants so this length bothers me - just feels like they are too short. Other than that, the elastic is comfortable enough. Good loungers, I guess, but wouldn't buy them again. Bought two pairs and wish I'd spent a little more and gotten a couple more sets from a pea in the pod - have to wear a sleep bra with them but sooo soft & comfy, not as snug, and nice longer pants.
Another note - also have the robe and really like it/would recommend.

I loved the concept of this item, but it didn't live up to my expectations. The top was extremely loose in the bra portion and provided no support. The pants, however, were comfortable and I really loved them.
The top needs to be reworked.
