Have you ever been to a luxurious spa or a five star hotel that offered a really thick, really warm terry cotton bath robe? Not a cheap imitation bath robe made from a light weight bath towel fabric, but a truly luxurious, thick cotton robe. THIS is that robe! Truth be told, the quality of this robe is simply unsurpassed in the marketplace today. Full specs: 18 oz loop terry fabric. Double belt loops for custom fit. Two full patch pockets on front panels. Both sides are loop terry making this robe 100 percent water absorbent. In addition, this robe has a sweat catch at back of the neck to absorb extra water from a wet head. Sleeves are cuffed, approximately 3 inches. For our taller customers, it is possible to unroll the cuffs to accomodate longer arms. Very nice robe and well worth the money. I would have rated it 5 stars if not for the extremely long sleeves and heavy double cuffs. They will have to be cut off to avoid knocking things over and wiping off plates, etc. I realize that it's hard to make a one size fits all and this is not a complaint, but I can barely see my finger tips the way it is. I will however take heed to the other comments and wash and shrink it before cutting the sleeves down.

This is a good robe. It's thick as advertised, comfortable and warm. It is a high quality item.
My only gripe is in washing it the first time, it shrunk a little more than I expected. I like the robe to be a sloppy fit, it was before washing, it's a little more snug now.

I like this robe, is nice, good quality. But when I did place my order I did according to "amazon size chart" and when I receive robe, was about one size to big. This size chart is misleading. But I did not returned. Next time I do order one size smaller.Customer Review: DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! Sheds like crazy & starts falling apart after just one light wash. After wearing it once, it looked like a yarn factory exploded all over my shirt. Since I ordered burgandy red, my wife says it looks like I've been slaughering sheep. I have 2 year-old towels that look better after 100 washes.
Brand new, the robe looks great. It is thick & warm. The colors are good. They run a little long in the sleave & total length, but otherwise fit well. The double cuffs may look nice, but they're a tad inconvenient (don't wash late-night dishes & be careful brushing your teeth) It seemed pretty good except for the terrible shedding..
To alleviate the shedding, I gave it a light wash and found an amazing amount of loosed material in the filter basket, more than a washer full of new cotton towels. Into the drier it went. When it came out, the seams all had loose, hanging threads & the fabric was covered with burgandy-red balls of lint, making the shredding even worse.
In summary, the robe looks good new, but poor quality. If you insist on buying it, buy white only and don't wear on top of dark clothes. (The thousands of white lint balls are harder for the eye to see than colored lint balls) However, my best advice is DO NOT BUY.
If it's too late & you already bought it, delay washing it & use a lint roller to grab as much loose threads & lint as you can. When you must finally wash it, you can use a sweater shaver, a sharp scissors (for the loose threads) and a lint brush to put it back into usable condition. It will take over one hour of work, but at least you won't have to toss it in the trash.
