Ever since I bought one on Amazon, I've been hooked! They're actually cheaper than American Apparel and with free 2-day shipping (Prime), it's a great value! Although the price tag may be somewhat steep if you've bought non-name brand hoodies, American Apparel's clothing is super soft, well constructed (My Chinese made Abercrombie hoodie's zipper broke after 6 months), and made in the United States. If you're skeptical, just go for it, they're worth it! I just ordered my third one and the two I have now (navy and black) haven't colour bled like other reviewers had.Customer Review: quick delivery&absolutely LOVE LOVE IT

So it came in the mail 3 days after my order was processed. I got the dark orchid which is a dark purplish pink. It's really cute & very soft. The thickness is perfect. It isn't terribly thick or really thin. It's perfect. I'm about 5feet1" and I got XS and truthfully when I zipped it up, it wasn't fitting correctly but it's a big baggy in the arms so i guess it's fine. I just won't zip it up (: I recommend this jacket. I love love love it. Couldn't have asked for more. Hopefully it doesn't get ruined in the wash as the other reviews say..Customer Review: Comfortable, Minimal, Iconic.

I am not particularly a fan of American Apparel. I find many of their pieces of clothing to be garish and unappealing.
However, their tee shirts and hoodies are fantastic. The material is soft and extremely comfortable. And I am more than excited about the fact that I can find a hoodie that clings to the female form in a flattering way, but also works well on the male form.
A perfect canvas for creativity or as a minimal piece.
Wash in cold water and lay down to dry to avoid shrinking.

I've been wearing AA t-shirts and thermal Henley's for a while now, so I figured I would be right in assuming that I'd love their Hoodies. I was exactly right.
They fit a little snug for the first day, but then they mold to your torso and are perfect. Then if they stretch, just wash/dry and start over. Just warm enough, but not hot. So simple, but I still get compliments on it.
I think I'll buy a couple more (in diff. colors) just for the heck of it.
Get one!

Comfy and super soft hoodie...the style is a little bit more slim fitting and longer than most hoodies.
The buy from Andrew Christian was a great deal...I purchased 2 hoodies and paid $58 total (including shipping). These hoodies retail for $42 each in their stores and on their own website. I ordered on 5/14 and received the items on 5/25. Took a little long but it was worth the wait.
