Customer Review: Love the jackets, HATE the way they package.

I've bought 4 jackets from them and every time I receive my jackets, they are always crumpled up and shoved into a tight plastic bag. And of course, once opening them and taking the jackets out of the bag, they have wrinkles everywhere! I don't mind because the prices are cheap and I can just wash them but seriously, they need to work on better packaging -_-Customer Review: Dark Orchid

I got this in the mail yesterday and it's really soft and comfy. The only thing is.. it is NOT the same color as the one shown here. I bought the dark orchid and was surprised to find it was much more of a pink/fushia than what it shows here. If you want to see what the real color looks like, go to the americanapparel website and look at it there. Also.. there are no american apparel tags on the sweater. It might be a knock-off.
