We had a tiny bit of hassle with exchanging the robe initially purchased for the same one in a smaller size. My husband originally bought it as a Xmas gift in a size "Large." Hmm...okay, he wanted it to be roomy and comfortable. He is 6'3" and weighs 230 lbs, and the "large" was too big for HIM! At first they said no problem, they would send us a return shipping label and upon receipt of the large robe, would replace it with identical in size "Small/Medium." We had to inquire three times after the shipping label, which finally was sent to us. We were then told the same item was not available in the smaller size. So we opted for a different style and color, when lo and behold, here comes the same item, same style, same color, in the smaller size. So, in the end, we were pleased, but it took a little while. I would have preferred all terry, but the velour robe is lined with terry, so it turned out okay. I love throwing on this robe as I get out of the shower -- no more freezing to death trying to dry off with a bath towel, and the hood comes in handy because I can towel dry my hair and bod while staying warm at the same time. The material and craftsmanship is excellent. I do recommend this seller, but just be sure unless you're the size of Shrek, to order the size "small/medium."
