This is the most comfortable abdominal supporter that I have ever purchase. I'm a size 12 and bought the large, but if you are planning on losing weight then get the medium. It would be tight at the beginning but not uncomfortable, just extra support.

It's made with a microfiber fabric that is smooth around the bottom and sort of ribbed the rest of the way around, so it stretches when I move. I wore it all day around the house, getting down on the floor to play with Kaitlyn and back up, and there was no "riding up" or rolling down at the waistband.
