I had used belly bands in my previous pregnancy but thought this time I would try this one as I could use the support it claims to give to help alleviate some of my back discomfort. I bought it too because of the reviews I had seen on Amazon but have been really let down. This product did not give me any support or relief, just felt tight and uncomfortable especially around the top and bottom. I am a pre pregnancy size 6 so i did not try to squash in it - I purchased the recommended size. It looked great on the video but honestly felt like the fabric was better suited for underwear as the bottom rolled up when I walked around. I took it with me to my Yoga class but took it off after 10 mins as I was continually adjusting it and pulling it back down. My back still hurts so I will have to look into another support belt. I cannot recommend this as it did not do what it claims, you are better off saving your money.Customer Review: Money thrown away

I purchased this product for one main reason and that was for support...This has absolutely no support at all...It rolls up into your mid stomach area...It has no elasticity whatsoever..Even if i went a size up or down it would be the same resolution....Do not waste your money..If you look on the model wearing the item notice how her hands are holding the back down in place from rolling up..
