When I bought the iPhone 3GS, the sales from Apple store told me that the touch screen only interacts with human fingers and will not react with a stylus. I found this item and would like to give it a try. It works fine with pressing buttons on the screen such as making a call, or typing words on the on-screen keyboard. It does not really work with flipping pages or scrolling, which is moving up and down, left and right on the screen. Sometimes it worked after several tries, but it's faster to use just my finger. Last winter it was a pain in the butt to have to remove my gloves just to answer the phone, so I'm looking forward to that problem being solved. I don't think it is all that convenient to use this stylus on a regular basis however, although it's cool for some doodle apps. I think the stylus works great and I am really glad I bought it. My wife is very happy with the one I bought her. I bought three extras due to the price being right. They all came in the sam package and fit in my mail box and my hand when I took them out of the mail box. I thought this was really great. Then I found out I was charged shipping of over $2.00 a piece for the five stylus's I bought. I thought that was a total rip off. Come on they all came in the same very small package. What's the deal. I am very disappointed in the integrity of this company.
