I've wore shirts stays for over 11 years they keep my uniform neat, instead of looking like a bag of leaves. I've always used the 4 strap version and they've worked well but, I decided to try the stirrup version. This brand is made of a neoprene type of material that is a little more comfortable. The only down side is these will do nothing to keep your socks up.
