Customer Review: Sharp looking, but with a major problem

It's a great looking shirt, fits great, and I loved everything about it the first two times I wore it. And yes, it doesn't need to be ironed if you pull it straight out of the drier and hang it up. But I just gave it its third laundering, and when I pulled it out, every single button down the front is loose and needs to be re-sewn. I have shirts of a lot lower quality that have never developed this problem.
