I did do as others recommended and wend down a size since i was on the border... I am 5'9" so i am always struggling with pantyhose and accessories that go by height and weight charts. I fell between a 4 and 5. Bought the 4. I wish now I even went down 2 sizes. But am very pleased with the one I have as well. DOES not roll down - Does not ride up!!! LOVE IT will buy more soon!
