I WISH THESE HAD: 1. smaller little handles to fit over stores' plastic bag holders so they'd be easier for baggers to fill.

BAGGU bags are made of 100% Ripstop nylon and to my surprise are very durable. I even tested this theory. BAGGU bags holds the same amount of two NO FRill plastic bags (up to 50 lb) without harming the environment.
One thing I did notice about the bag is that the handles are short when you have two plastic bags full of groceries in one BAGGU bag
BAGGU bags are compact and fold into a pouch that can easily be stored in my purse or back pocket. I would have preferred if the the pouch were attached to the bag to eliminate the opportunity of misplacing it. I just know that is going to happen.
I'm not sure if I will use the BAGGU bag for my regular grocery shopping, but I know it will come in handy for all those quick trips to the store.

For the price of these things, you'd think they would be flawless. I took them shopping with me for the first time a couple of days ago. This is a discount store where you have to buy the bags or bring your own. I didn't have that many groceries, but these things hold half of what a grocery bag will, not twice as much as advertised. They seem to be flimsy as well. UPS gave me a free tote for Christmas, I'm glad I took it with me, it holds a lot, is sturdy, and like I said, was free. I was going to buy 3 more of these, but I'll cut my losses and pass.Customer Review: Portable but too expensive

These bags are great to stick in your purse but they don't stand up well while the cashier is filling them and they are too pricey. Also if you have house pets the nylon material attracts hair like a magnet. I only use these for small orders and have bought inexpensive canvas bags purchased from the local store for my major grocery buying trips. The canvas bags stand up great and hold a lot of stuff.Customer Review: Not that great

I decided to start using reusable bags when I'm out and about to cut down on the plastic bag full of plastic bags that has been growing in my kitchen pantry. So, I bought some reusable bags from the grocery store for 99 cents a piece. Lo and behold, I can never remember to bring them into the store with me, and so my plastic bag full of plastic bags continued to grow.
I browsed Amazon and found Baggu where it was described as being bigger than a regular plastic bag and a lot more convenient because it folds into a pouch. I decided to get the three pack in fuschia, even though I knew it wouldn't be enough, because I wanted to test them before I bought the full 6 pack.
I'm somewhat disappointed. I don't know how big other places' plastic bags are, but the Baggu is not bigger or even the same size as the regular plastic bags the stores have. It does not have much of a gusset type bottom and I find that my things get scrunched easily in it, same as plastic but not better.
Furthermore, I drive to and from the store and by the time I arrive home, the bag has released the captive groceries all over the trunk of my car. Okay, so I should have tied it. But, that would require less groceries to fit in an already small bag. Argh!!
Moving on, I liked that it was compact and could fold into a pouch, except that the pouch is a separate entity so the chances of losing it is high, exactly what I managed to do. I, personally, think they should have the pouch attached to the bag to eliminate the opportunity of it finding a new home on the asphalt of the grocery store parking lot.
In conclusion, the Baggu is not worth the price, if I were to judge its convenience or size. It is strong, since I managed to carry tons of library books in it at one time. The color is beautiful, but the bag does not fulfill my needs. Pass...
