my pre-pregnancy size was a 14/16 so I bought size two as I thought the size three might be too roomy. I could not even get the size two on. There is very little stretch or give to the bands. I am not even sure a size 12 would get much use out of them. The material is not very stretchy at all. This product is great for extending your pre-pregnancy wardrobe just a little bit longer, or for covering up those belly panels on pants once you graduate to maternity clothes. These make so many pants and shirts wearable for me in these early stages of pregnancy (I'm 15 wks). Because of the bands I can wear my original pants or maternity pants and I don't have to buy all kinds of in between clothes.Customer Review: Keeps my pants up!

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and can still (kind of ) fit in my pre-pregnancy pants. This really helps! Good bye safety pins and elastic bands. The bands hold your pants up and fitting. Very comfortable soft cotton. My only complaint, the white came in a little bigger than the black (the correct size, just kind of stretched out) when I wash it, I'm sure it will shrink a little. I'm glad I got the 2 colors, they look like camis or tees under your shirts.
Good price too.
