Everyone around me suggested the belly bands, but I couldn't figure out how to keep them up! Every time i sit down the belly band would fold and need adjusting the moment I stood up. Seemed to defeat the purpose to me. I figured it was because I was too small, but then again that's the point of the bands--to help with that in between stage when your belly is growing but not big enough for the maternity pants! I didn't even take the tags off my second band, and I won't use the bands for future pregnancies.Customer Review: buy some long tanks or cami's and save your money.

I thought it would have more strength. It seems a bit weak and not near strong enough to help hold up jeans. It is also very long and I have to fold it over which then causes some lines. It is OK but glad I only bought one. You could just as easily get a few long maternity tanks or cami's at the Gap and actually have a summer shirt to wear if needed for less money.Customer Review: Inferior product and shady business

I purchased two of the Baby Be Mine bamboo belly bands (black and white) directly from their website. The fabric was brittle- I have no other way of describing it. The band seemed to show "scars" after trying it on once, and tried on it didn't convince me that it would secure my pants. I sent both of them back for a refund. I contacted the company at the same time, but no response. After a month of not seeing any refund on my statement I emailed them again, and subsequently several times. They never responded and there was also no phone number on the website. I was quite desolate to realize my money ($39.95) was gone. I then had my child and didn't think about it anymore. Several months later I thought I would try contacting them again. Surprisingly, this time someone got back to me. But instead of apologizing for the incident "Isabelle" requested the tracking information of the package, then said she couldn't do anything for me without this information. I didn't have the slip from the post office anymore and this was the end of it.
I recommend staying away from Baby Be Mine Maternity- they managed to provide me with my worst Internet shopping experience by far.

I ordered three belly bands, and they were the wrong size - a bit small and not very stretchy. I sent them back for an exchange but never received anything back. Like others' reviews, I emailed and called several times and never received a response from this clearly shady business. Hope such business practices don't continue to get rewarded in the marketplace, especially when there are other great options out there.Customer Review: Way too large!

This belly band is huge. I'm a 5'2", 125lbs woman and this band covers from the top of my bra to the middle of my butt. It's basically a tube top. And I bought the smallest size but it is still falling down around my middle. Maybe if I cut it in half and wait several more months, I'll be able to use it then.
