When I purchased this same item (different color) directly from Babysoy, I was completely satisfied. But my orders from BunnyburryBaby, including this recent--and final--order, have been riddled with issues: sizing issues, mysteriously undelivered replacement product issues, customer service response issues, product irregularity issues (this particular bodysuit has one sleeve noticeably longer than the other). And when I left honest feedback, the seller BunnyburryBaby posted blatantly false claims to discredit it. I've never had such an experience with an Amazon.com seller, in fact quite the opposite. I will continue to buy Babysoy clothes, for the fabric and designs are great, but not from BunnyburryBaby--not if I want issue-free transactions and product symmetry.
