Customer Review: Pretty outfit, but it gaps badly

I ordered this for my son's 9 month pictures, and it is a pretty outfit, and oh, SO soft! But every time he did anything but stood straight and still (with no bent legs), the seam on the right leg where the "wrap around" style buttons down to the ankle would gap! He's not a chunky baby at all, so it wasn't that; in fact, for a 6-12 month outfit it was really big on him for him being 9 (almost 10) months. So in a lot of his pictures, his outfit is gaping hugely and his leg is showing through. It just really made the outfit look cheap, when it's not. I want to return it, but Amazon is going to charge me $4.98 to return it, which I think is ridiculous since it's not my fault that the product gaps.
