This bag holds so much, it is amazing. I used it to tour for many days in Europe. It held everything I needed for the day, including a small bottle of water! When I unloaded it one evening to show my daughter she was amazed at everything I had in that small bag! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because both ends of the shoulder strap are attached on the same side of the bag. This causes the top of the bag to lean out away from the body. I am assuming the designer thought if the straps attached on either side of the bag, it would be in the way of opening the zippers while the bag was still on the body. Despite this design, I bought two of these bags (black and khaki) and love them both. I liked that one of the front pockets was the perfect size for my passport. I always knew where it was and it was always handy for me to find.
