I bought this product to give me a slimmer and smooth look when wearing a tight dress. Although, it did smooth my stomach and gave me a firm look in that area, the upper portion became a problem. The bone showed through my dress and it push fat to my upper back area. I'm maybe about 20lbs overweight, but though my stomach looked nice and flat, my upper area looked horrid and i've never had a problem with fat up there.
SIZING: The sizing is a bit off. This item looked tiny in a medium, which is my usual clothing size. I would recommend getting a size larger. It was a tight squeeze to get it on and off. I couldn't imagine wearing it for more than 1 hour, because it was very uncomfortable. This issue could be the reason for the placement of bulge in my upper back area. Maybe if it was a larger size, I wouldn't have had that problem.
