This product is not bad for what it is. The product is sold under apparel, and I think it is quite colorful on cloths, both day and night. It needs to be applied thick, but does not need to be caked, or you can use multiple coats and then let dry. The charge works best with direct sunlight, but can be done with direct light from an indoor source. The glow effect is quite bright for 15 to 30 minutes and I have not seen a better glow from paint unless it was under a "blue light", but it will be visible all night long, it just is not as bright. It is very bright under the "blue light" and can be used as body art.
