I bought this last summer for my player and I have loved it. I chose the green case, which turned out to be glow-in-the-dark. While the case doesn't keep dirt out of it completely, after a year of use, hardly any has made it beneath its surface to my Zen. Paired with a screen protector, this is perfect for your Zen's protection and charging needs. I can't say I've bothered with the arm band, but all of the other components have been great. I especially love the retractable cord. I also use Rhapsody and haven't experienced any problems due to the cord. The belt clip has also been rather handy. I like the silicone skin for the Creative Zen. It feels durable and slips easily over the player. There is no covering or protection for the small screen. The travel charger seems to work fairly quickly. Some negatives: the belt clip is cheap white plastic and fell apart quite easily. Also, the retractable USB/data cable that comes with this kit did not work with my Zen. My computer and Rhapsody software did not recognize that there was even a mp3 player connected to the computer. The cable actually caused it to freeze and I was unable to shut it down (it just kept displaying a green "charging" sign even though I had disconnected it from the cable and "shutting down" even though it never actually turned off). This never happened with the USB cable that originally came with the Zen. I finally had to reset the player using a paper clip and poking the "reset" hole at the bottom of the player. I did not try out the car charger or armband yet.
Overall, a mixed package. To buy Creative's own approved travel charger and car charger costs $30 each, so this might be a better deal for you even if the USB data cable doesn't work.

I purchased this item because it gave me everything I needed in one package at a reasonable price. Both chargers work great (beats having to turn on my computer just to charge my Zen). The skin and arm strap work well on the treadmill. The data cable allows me to have my MP3 on my desk instead of on the floor (where my tower and USB connections are) with built in cord management. The only thing I don't really use is the belt clip. No good reason other than the Zen is small enough to stick in your pocket so why clip it to your belt?Customer Review: A Great Deal for the Zen

This set is perfect with the Zen. The silicon cover gives it good protection and works perfectly with the armband. I use it when running and working out at the gym. I have not tried the belt clip. The car and AC power adapters are nice and the USB cable is far better than the short piece of junk that comes with the player. This is a very good quality set of items that perfectly complement the Zen and you can't beat the price.Customer Review: not bad for the price

Overall, I like the protection and all the extras that came with the product. My only dislike is that the arm band elastic is not very strong,and it is wearing out already. I haveto cinch it tight to keep it on my arm, and I am afraid it won't last a lot longer.
