It has been about a month since I returned this product and these people have not refunded my money. The silicone skin became useless because I returned the Zen Player due to mal function. I have not gotten an e-mail or anything as to update wherther or not they recived my package back. They were diligent sending the accesories, but very negligent regarding returns.
