The product does what it was intended to do: look pretty with the flip video camera and protect it. The clip is also easy to attach to a bag or purse for easy access. One additional feature which would have been great is a special place to put 2 spare batteries but nevertheless, I would give this product 5 stars.Customer Review: Not as advertised - at all!

Flip Video Carrying Case for Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder Flip Ultra + Screen Protector Kit (11 Color to Choose From)
Firstly this is NOT a Flip Video Carrying Case for the Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder! It's just a cheap 'made in China' generic carry case that I could have bought in Chinatown for about $2. The case is far too big to be specially designed to hold the flip video camera. With shipping included we paid about CDN$26 for each case (we bought two). I feel completely ripped off.

I got this flip case to protect my new Busbi video plus, which has very sensitive buttons - esp. the delete button. It works well, thought it's a tight fit. Until Busbi comes up with it's own hard case I would highly recommend this. SCCustomer Review: Ultra Series Flip Video Carrying Case

I bought this carrying case for my friend to use with her Flip Video Ultra series. It is a perfect fit. Very protective on the outside against bumps, and soft inside to protect against scratches. Highly recommend.Customer Review: flip video case

I placed an order for 2 EVA cases on 6/7/08. Received the order on 6/19/08. One of the cases was nylon, not EVA (as I had ordered) After contacting customer service, was informed that I was responsible for return shipment even though the issue was their mistake. Sent back item on 6/19/08 and as of 7/5/08 have not received proper replacement item.
In addition to the lack of customer service, the case makes the flip video too big to hold in your purse. The case is at least one inch wider than the video. I just went back to using the cloth bag that came with the flip video.
I don't like the product and would DEFINITELY never deal with this customer again!!
