I bought x-large in pink. I am not fat, but a little overweight. I have an arthritic shoulder. X-large fits like a medium, and I buy larger to make it easier to get on and off. This is not loose, but elastic, and was frustrating to get on, which I did not need! I recommend the organic cotton tanks like Ecoland and Vicarious by Nature instead. They are an excellent fit.
