I purchased this tie for my husband for our wedding. We had been searching for a simple, narrow, black tie for months but only came up with 2" ties that flared at the base. This tie was perfect for his suit, a black, pinstripe Kenneth Cole. The tie looked very polished and you can't beat this price. The only draw back was finding a tie tack or clip small enough to fit the width of the tie, since there is no label to tuck in the back. We found a 2" clip which worked well, slightly wider but not noticeable since he did not take off his jacket. I would recommend a simple tie tack. If it was available in other colors I would purchase more.
