Customer Review: Zipper broke on day 3

I liked the jacket and so did my son, but the zipper was caught on day 3. We couldn't get it unstuck for 15 minutes and when we finally did, the jacket was ripped and the zipper was missing teeth. Jacket now unusable and we had to buy another one. I've never seen a zipper get so caught and so unable to be freed...I'm glad it was at home not when my 10 year old was out and about.
