This is a decent jock. It fits pretty tight - but that is what supports are for.
My only complaint is that the narrow band "swimmers" style seems to be more prone to twisting and folding over. If you don't need the lower rise of a swimmers jock you will probably find a regular wider band more comfortable.
Other reviews say to order up one size - but the jock does what it is supposed to best if you follow Bike's sizing suggestion.
I wear mostly for running and track but also for working out, and maybe under board shorts. Probably one of the best buys available given price.
