Customer Review: Delicate and light weather protection

This jacket is quite delicate. It must be handled gently for it to last. It does a great job of wind protection. I bought it for riding my scooter which gets up to 50 mph. Because it is delicate it folds up in to a very small package for storage. Don't even know its there.
