Have worn these gloves a couple of times while running since I bought them.
Gloves are too lightweight to be useful under 40 degrees. The ability to use the glove finger to control the iPhone is spotty at best so they are not reliable to use to switch music on the iPhone while running.
On the plus side, the neon yellow is easy to see at night.
For the price, these gloves are not a good value for what they do.
