I've had this strap now for a couple years and love it. I bought it from a brookstone store in the airport on a trip where I got stuck going back and forth between gates and thought my arm would fall off. It has a grippy side that stays on your shoulder really well and the memory foam makes it so it doesn't dig in like many other straps do. I read the other reviews and am not sure how it holds up with daily use as I only use mine when I travel or take my laptop somewhere which certainly isn't every day. But for occasional use, this strap does great!
