If it's too cold outside you can pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes and snuggle with the body wrap. It's nice to sleep on too because it's not lumpy at all (I have scoliosis and use it on my lower back when it hurts).
If it's too hot outside you can pop it in the fridge (in a plastic bag) for 2 hours and it comes out nice and cool- comes in handy when you have a headache from the heat.
I now use this on a daily basis and am definitely buying more (probably the booties) because it is just the best way to relax.
