I am enjoying the pillow a great deal. However, the company (after 3 phone calls) and an email never answered me as to why the velour cover seemed to be in a worn state. That is very disappointing, so if I would rate the company, I would never order from them again because of bad customer service. Rating the pillow if it were new and in good condition, it would be fine for great neck support.
