The mask is very thick and therefore good at blocking out the light but the mask is rather huge. I have a small head so the mask is uncomfortably large. Also the thick Velcro straps are not very comfortable either. I pretty much never utilize it but that might change when the days start getting brighter in the morning instead of darker.
