This mask feels GREAT on my face, and I use it often at home when I'm having trouble sleeping. However, I really wish they'd redesign the strap. It's two velcro bands that connect in the middle, which makes it more akward to sleep my back due to the thickness of the two straps + velcro combined in the back. It also makes it more diffult to make minor tension adjustments, and loud when I open up the strap to make adjustments (which annoys my wife). It would be better with a simple flat tensioning device in the back, or one on either side near the temple.
