I use these to keep my thick hair up into a bun or twist. I like them even though I found them a bit pricey for only a container of 16 pins. The container they arrive in is nice and unique to keep track of them though. They arrived 'FedEx' in a 2'x2' box, which the husband and I thought hilarious but not very 'green' in the recycling sense. However, they were a new company with 'Amazon' when I purchased them and hopefully they don't ship them that way anymore.
