Customer Review: Durability disappointing

Ok, let's just say it up front: this is a pretty darned expensive undershirt. I have bought a lot of undershirts of various brands and qualities, and this is certainly among the most expensive. I'm ok with that. I'm more than happy to pay a high price for a great product. And in some ways, this one does measure up. It's soft and comfortable. The thickness is just right for my preferences. It fits well. The v-neck is deep enough to never have to worry about it showing, unlike some other v-neck shirts I have (if this shirt shows for you, you have too many buttons open!). Unfortunately, there is one big problem. The durability is poor. I have worn and washed this shirt four times. It already has a hole in one arm pit. I'm not especially hard on clothes, so I don't think this is my fault. It's possible I just got unlucky, but I'm not really willing to gamble on another one at this price.
If this shirt held up reasonably, I'd be completely satisfied with my purchase. Other than that one issue, it's actually a great undershirt!
