luv it luv it luv it! When I first started training for my 1/2 marathon, shin splints were a huge issue. In conjuction with stretching and more running, these socks did help reduce the occurence of shin splints. It also helped with recovery after. I have the exact pair in lime green, but feel the compression in the lime green was tighter (for some reason).
