Customer Review: Helped my knees

I was having trouble with my knees. Kind of general soreness when I ran. I worked very hard on exercises, got a pateler tendon strap for each knee, and bought these shorts. I have been virtually pain free for over a year. I can't say for sure how much these shorts contributed to my comeback but I wear them every time I run.
One criticism is that the seem on the inside of the thigh tends to split too easily. I took my shorts to a seamstress and had the stitching reinforced and that helped a lot.
