I read alot of reviews and descriptions of the product so I knew this capri would not (and was not meant to) have the same compression as my VersatX running tights. I ordered 1 size smaller and the fit and compression (at the lower abs and glutes) is perfect for my bootcamps, spin classes and short warm-up runs (1/2 mile). The fabric is smooth and silky and the fit is very flattering! I will be ordering another pair. (Sizing tip: I'm 5'4",42.5" hips, 31" waist and ordered a medium).
