Customer Review: Looks cool, feels durable.

The "Monoz" sunglass holders by Cablz are very "different" from most sunglass holders you see people wearing. The product seems to be well-researched and thoughtfully designed. The monofilament (like really thick fishing line) is very lightweight but seems to be very strong. The ends of the retainer are grippy (but not too grippy) rubber material. They easily slide onto the sunglasses with a small bit of hand sanitizer or dish soap.
The line has some firmness to it (but not so much that it is inflexible) so it stays off your neck. This means that it will stay cool and dry in the hot summer months. A friend of mine has the Cablz steel black model which also looks nice. However, I prefer the Monoz model as the steel cable is a bit more firm, thus less flexible, than the monofilament. Also, it is difficult to see in the current photo, but the monofilament is a single thick line (without any sort of tubing/overlay). The steel models consist of a steel cable wrapped in a plastic/rubber tubing type material. This is not a quality issue, and in my opinion, the line probably looks better without any sort of covering. Besides, since the line is strong and rust-proof, there is no functional purpose for any sort of covering. This is just something that can't really be seen in the photo so I thought I would mention it. I am satisfied with my purchase and would buy this product again.
