Customer Review: Good size, do not like the shoulder pad

This bag is a good size and holds all my stuff for the gym when I have to take my big toiletry bag and a towel to shower after working out. I like the smaller pockets for sticking my wallet, keys, phone, etc. into without having to dig through the main compartment to find them later. I do wish the pockets on the ends were just a tad bit bigger because I really have to fight to stuff my shoes into them. My main problem with the bag is that the shoulder pad on the long strap has a material on the back that I suppose is meant to grip your clothing, but in reality it makes it really slick at random, so it will sometimes just suddenly fly off my shoulder. I pretty much always have a toddler in my arms and a preschooler holding my hand when I walk into the gym, so my bag falling off my shoulder is really a pain. It slid down my shoulder as I was closing a door the other day and came extremely close to breaking my finger. I am considering cutting off the shoulder pad because of that, which will make it less comfortable to carry, but it's better than having it randomly sliding and possibly injuring me.
