I actually bought this leotard in a dance store so I could begin art modeling. While I am not sure what it would be like to dance in, it was perfect for everyday wear. I find that it breathes well and gives a very flattering shape. I have a disproportionate figure, with my chest being significantly smaller than my hips, but in a medium it fits better than most. While the shoulders are slightly looser they still form to my figure but the bottom is very forgiving. I would not recommend this to a girl with a larger chest, but for me it was perfect. I appreciate that it is a tighter fit so I do not have to wear a bra.Customer Review: not what I expected

I found this leotard to be tight, made of heavy material, and compresses my chest (which is not a large cup size at all) like crazy. I felt like I was trying to dance covered in Saran Wrap. Not recommended. Between this and the cheap & poorly-made ballet slippers, I think that I am done dealing with Capezio from here on out.
