I have mixed feelings about this buying experience. It took 10 or 11 days to receive the shirt, which was very poorly packaged, and was slightly damaged in shipping. The shirt was nice looking and was reasonable quality (I used to sell golf shirts for a living), but it was mis-sized or it runs extremely small. I gave it to my step-son. I wrote a review of my experience, and i received a call and an email from Clarissa at Golf Outlets of America, who was professional, apologetic, and sincere. She resolved my issue, and she made a significant effort, which says something about the company. The shirt wasn't perfect, but Clarissa's effort made all the difference to me. I will definitely try Golf Outlets of America again!
