I bought this clip for my sister (college-aged), who is normally quite a tomboy. I hoped the browns and oranges would make it seem less girly, while the sparkly ring would make it fancy. It definitely worked.
She has thicker hair, so she uses it to pull about 1/2 back, and she's worn it several times.

The luminescent honey-hued hair clip base holds court for the smashing "O"-shaped focal point that is bordered in 19 amber Swarovski crystals. This is all held together with a smartly red-striped "ribbon" that weaves through the center of the circle. The underside hardware features a medium French clip which is strong enough to keep hair in place and out of your face.
