Description of Batik Sarong - Bats
Nocturnal bats batiked on to an indigo background are featured on this whimsical sarong. Batik is the ancient art of applying hot wax to block an image on fabric, which is then dyed. The wax is removed and only the design remains. Sarongs are incredibly useful, durable, are the perfect travel companion and make great gifts! They work well as bathing suit cover ups, skirts, shawls, scarves, dresses and more. Use them at home as a wall hanging, tablecloth or throw.
