I have to say I didn't like the product at all because the description said it was 100% deluxe terry cotton and it wasn't (it was only 35% cotton). I think they are working on getting that changed. HOWEVER, when I returned the product and let them know why, they were gracious and responded with a note of apology to me, which is KEY in customer service. Although the product is not what I was looking for, the company is. I've used them before to my satisfaction and I would certainly do business with them again and again if they have something I need.
