I was amazed when I recieved this compact little package. The tutu fluffed out to an adequate size and shape. It fit my 3 and 6 year old very well. It also stretched big enough for my extra large hips. The girls have a great time dressing up with the tutus and I'm ordering one for my neice. Be aware that it does not have any bottoms under it, it's just very simply gathered into an elastic. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is a little uncomfortable. I think the material irritates them when their arms brush against it.
