Customer Review: nice leather, poor craftmanship

i like the feel of the leather and the design of the bag. the magnetic snaps don't work that well.
AND, after minimal use with < 3 lb load each time, the thread broke at couple places, especially one at the anchor where the shoulder strap loops through. this can result in additional stress and could potentially rip the leather.
so i spent 2+ hours sewing it. sewing through leather is not an easy task. definitely not fun. cosmetically, it doesn't look as good anymore.
could be my bad luck. but i would not recommend this bag to anyone, especially when there are many other choices.

This large messenger bag features a full flap, which closes with two magnetic snaps for security. Inside, you'll find a cell phone pocket, ID pocket and pen slots.
