I haven't tried the cream but the shorts feel great. I ordered my size. By the way if you are not happy with the product you can always return it with money back guarantee. I did have a fear that the shorts won't work and won't fit but I took the risk anyway. Shorts feel awesome. I just wore them for a few days. I can't say I have great results yet since I have't tried them out long enough but I absolutely love them. They fit so well and after wearing them a little bit you feel that you are sweating, that's the best way to get rid of excess water and fat. You can wear them like regular excercise shorts. I think the results would triple if you work out a lot in them. So far I have been walking my dogs in them. That works too.
